First visit today and I will for sure be back. The employees were extremely polite and the customers were friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and outstanding. This is not precooked food. This is cook as you order fresh food. This place has been around for years and is part of Houston history. I always like eating at places with true history that have survived the times. The community keeps this hometown original in business. Don’t let the part of town bother you. The customers are friendly and are just there enjoying some great food as well. Prices are very good for the quality and quantity of food. This is another place you won’t go wrong eating at. They have the old nostalgic feel and food. I did like the fact they do take card and not just cash. You won’t go wrong eating here. Delicious food and the slushy is fabulous. They are not far off of 610…a few blocks south. Get in that car and go support an original Houston establishment who has stuck to the roots and stood the test of time. Go enjoy a great burger and soak in the history. I will definitely return for more great food.

It is a “hole in the wall” place.
Delicious burgers that you can get with a multitude of toppings and a multitude of stacked burgers.
Just be ready to order when you get to the window as they want to keep things moving due to the line that is always present.
Their fries are bigger than most but perfectly cooked.
No indoor seating and limited outdoor seating.
The only detraction is waving off the flies if you eat outdoors. Due to the health code, the owner is limited as to what he can do to keep the flies away/down.
I would recommend eating in your vehicle or taking your order home.

My stylist recommended this place to me. It’s located in sunnyside Houston. It’s definitely a gem and from the outside, you would be very skeptical,lol. But everyone knows, that be the best spots. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, believe me, One of the best burger i ever ate.
If your in the Houston area and craving a good old fashion hamburger this place definitely won’t disappoint.
They also serve different favor slushies!!!

10/10! I’ve been here fiddy lem times since moving here and every-time is delicious! The bread is even good. This is one of the only places I’ll actually go in to place my order (sometimes they’re so busy they can’t answer the phone), but I’m always out in a timely manner! There’s seating outside but I always take it order to the car and eat in the lot
The price isn’t bad either. For two, I never go over $20 and that’s with a few add-ons to the combo as well. My usual has been the Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a small strawberry slush
